Clear scope. Straightforward terms.
£995 in the first year, with no VAT added. Payment is 50% to start and 50% before launch. The price covers up to five agreed brochure or service pages using your supplied logo, photographs and content, with help refining the wording. Photography and video are optional add-ons below.
The first year of hosting, one standard domain, one professional mailbox, SSL, backups and routine maintenance starts at launch. After that, renewal of the bundle is £240 annually. You can choose another hosting provider; we agree cancellation and handover before starting. Hosting, domain and email arrangements still need to be maintained if you move.
Your content and domain remain yours. Once the build is fully paid, you have WordPress access and can move your website; any migration assistance and third-party licences are agreed separately. We confirm the page list, content responsibilities, revisions and delivery schedule in your proposal.
Larger websites are quoted individually. Ecommerce, booking systems, specialist integrations, premium domains, extra mailboxes, domain or mailbox transfers, later content edits and regular project uploads are separate. Routine maintenance covers technical updates and backups, rather than ongoing content changes. Existing agreed quotes and client arrangements are honoured.

Travel costs are additional and quoted separately before booking. These add-ons are available with any website package. No VAT is added.
